Heritage Middle School – Livingston, NJ
    Teacher Jane Conforti

As part of the new Spaceflight Simulation, students at Heritage Middle School took on the roles of scientists and engineers at a spaceport as they piloted a futuristic private space flight mission. As part of the suborbital flight, the rocket plane traveled to the edge of Earth’s atmosphere, reaching an altitude of 60 miles before landing back at the spaceport. Heritage Middle School was the first school to participate in this simulation as a part of Space Explorers’ new Suborbital Sojourn program.
