Featured Class:
John Long Middle School – Grafton, WI
Teacher Michael Peacy
Students in Mr. Peacy’s class participated in many of Space Explorers’ programs and contest activities. They studied asteroid impacts and aerobraking techniques with the Interactive Applets. Using the concepts they learned from the Interactive Applets, students completed Marslink® mission simulations, guiding their spacecrafts into orbit around Mars. In addition to taking part in the team-based simulations, students also drove their own rovers using the Mars Explorer program.
