  • Moon Cookies

Even though the Moon is one of the largest moons in the solar system, it is still smaller than all the planets except Pluto. Still, it is large enough to be called a small planet if it orbited the Sun rather than Earth.

Now you have a chance to make your very own small, delicious moons. Just follow these simple instructions to make tasty no-bake Moon Cookies!

The ingredients you will need are as follows:
    • 1/2 cup wheat germ
    • 1-1/2 cups peanut butter
    • 1-1/2 cups honey
    • 3 cups dried milk
    • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

    Step 1:
Mix all the above ingredients into a large bowl, using a wooden spoon.

    Step 2:
After mixing, use your hands to shape the dough into small round balls, or "moons."
*Hint: If your hands are wet, it will be easier to work the dough.

    Step 3:
Roll each moon in powdered sugar.

    Step 4:
    Eat and enjoy!

Makes about 5 dozen moons. If there are any left over, keep them in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.
