Currently, Mr. Seto works as the Vice President and Chief of Staff for Rocketplane. Prior to the Rocketplane Kistler merger, Mr. Seto served as Vice President of Engineering & Analysis for Rocketplane Limited, Inc. Previously, Mr. Seto served as Program Director for aircraft development with Bombardier Aerospace, where he led development of the Learjet 40 and directed the Challenger 300 business jet program. His experiences include executive positions in engineering, program management, production, and field support for commercial and military aircraft. Mr. Seto earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and an M.B.A. from Newman University.
