To help make the registration process as swift and painless as possible, a wizard has been created for you. The Registration Wizard will guide you through the registration process step by step. After you first click on the "Registration Wizard" link you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. It is very important that the e-mail address you enter is correct, otherwise the confirmation process will not work, and you won't be able to register.

After you have entered in your e-mail address, click on the "Next" button. The next screen may ask you for an authorization code. If you are participating in WIMSTE, RIMSTE, CPSAEI, Project: RISE, or another initiative, enter the authorization code provided to you. If you get this screen without being involved in any these projects, contact customer service either by e-mailing customerservice@space-explorers.com or calling Mission Control at 1-800-965-3763.

After entering in your authorization code click on the "Next" button. What follows will be a series of little forms asking you for the information needed to establish your account. Across the bottom of each form is a tally of the percentage of the registration process you have already finished.

Occasionally, the computer may catch a mistake that has been made on a form. When this happens, the next screen will be the same form with a message written in red. This message will explain what needs to be corrected. Once all of the errors are corrected, you can click on the "Next" button and continue with the registration.

Once all the forms are completed, the last screen will tell you that a confirmation e-mail has been sent to you. If you do not receive this e-mail within 10 minutes of completing the forms, you should contact customer service either by e-mailing customerservice@space-explorers.com or calling Mission Control at 1-800-965-3763.

Your confirmation e-mail should look like this:

A SEIPA database registration request for Your Name has been received. If you did not request this registration, simply delete this message and the registration will not be processed.

Click on the link or cut and paste it into your web browser's address bar and your registration will be confirmed. Sometimes the link may not work properly. If this happens, you can go back to the SEIPA homepage and click on the "Confirm Changes" link. You will be asked for your confirmation code. This is everything after the equal sign (=) in the link found in the e-mail. Generally, this will be your e-mail address followed by a bunch of numbers. In the above example it is "You@email.edu200211080947." Enter the confirmation code into the blank given and click on the "Confirm" button. You should only do this if clicking on the link doesn't work.

Depending on the amount of traffic on SEIPA, it may take up to 15 minutes before your username and password are active. If you can not use them after 15 minutes, you should contact customer service either by e-mailing customerservice@space-explorers.com or calling the Mission Control at 1-800-965-3763.
